President Trump calls it the biggest deal ever made.

Negotiations in Scotland have wrapped up with the European Union agreeing to a trade and tariff agreement of 15% across the board.

He says the EU will invest more than a trillion dollars into the U.S.

We are agreeing that the tariff straight across for automobiles and everything else will be a

straight across tariff of 15%. EU leader Ursula Le Leyen, reacted to the agreement.

She called it a huge deal.

EU ministers previously had called the president's proposal of 30% tariffs absolutely

unacceptable.

There's a bipartisan effort in the House to release more files in the Jeffrey Epstein case.

House members were sent on their August

recess early as votes on the Epstein files loomed. Republican Congressman Thomas Massey says

when lawmakers return, he'll seek those votes. Using a procedure in the House called a discharge

petition whereby if we get 218 votes and we're well on our way to that, 218 signatures, then we can

force the vote.

Democratic Congressman Rokana said a Trump campaign pledge to release the files all of a sudden

change.
