Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Wals, and Middle East envoy. Steve

Wickoff will be in Saudi Arabia this week for talks with Russian leaders and a goal of ending

the war in Ukraine. President Trump told reporters in West Palm Beach

today, he thinks it's what Russian President Putin wants to. I think he wants to stop fighting.

I see that. We spoke long and hard. Steve Witkoff was with him for a very extended period,

like about three hours. I think he wants to stop fighting. But who will not be

involved in the talks is getting almost as much attention as who will be. Fox's Dana Marie

McNichols in West Palm Beach. European leaders, they're putting together an emergency summit in Paris

after reports show that they will not have a seat at the table for talks with Russia about ending the war,

national security advisor Mike Walts said it will ultimately be President Trump that will end the war.

He said a couple of key factors will help drive the negotiations.

One, this has to be a permanent end to the war, not temporary, adding it cannot be ended on the battlefield.

Two, NATO has to step up their contributions. And three, American people deserve some

type of payback for the billions they've invested in this war.

And President Trump says Ukrainian President Zelensky will be involved in the talks in some way, but he would not say how.
