Alene slams

in the heart of Florida's big bend region. The sun is going to come up and

we're going to see catastrophic damage in some areas of Florida and towards Georgia.

Power, it's out everywhere.

The entire county, this is Taylor County, they're in the dark, and just about every other

county around here is in the dark.

There's basically 100% of the powers out.

The storm has quickly moved into Georgia and has only been downgraded to a tropical storm in the last hour.

Three people are reported dead in Helene's wake, one in Tampa won a highway sign toppled onto a car.

Two others died when a mobile home in Wheeler, Georgia was slammed by Hurricane Force winds.

Vice President Harris visits the southern border today.

He heading to southern Arizona marking her first visit to the border since running for president.

And she's taking on some issues that have been a particular week spot for her campaign,

namely immigration and border security.
