On this vote, the yeas are 216.

The nays are 213.

They passed what's called a rescissions bill,

clawing back $9 billion in federal spending

the doge should target it as wasteful.

More than $1 billion in public broadcasting, $135 million for the World Health Organization, and millions more from other programs like climate initiatives abroad.

Democrats, though, argue the bill threatens lives around the world, cutting foreign aid.

They also say it amounts to a geopolitical win for China and Russia, which they say will fill the void.

As Fox's Madeline or Farron, about 100 Democrats did join Republicans approving three bills that regulate cryptocurrency.

One is ready for the president's signature.

One bill that passed the House has already passed the Senate creates U.S. stable coins backed by the U.S. dollar. There were fears among some conservatives. This really put us on a path to a central bank digital currency, even though one of the other bills that passed is literally called the Anti-Central Bank Digital Currency Surveillance Act.
