Well, that was fast. I'm Dave Anthony Fox News. It's already

under sentencing today for Alec Murdoch after a guilty verdict.

The jury convicted the South Carolina lawyer murdering his wife Maggie in

Sun Paul in 2021 after only deliberating for about three hours.

Murdoch was portrayed as a serial liar by the prosecution who painstakingly went

through Murdoch's long history of stealing millions of dollars from his

law partners and from his clients. And the attorney said if Murdoch spent so

much of his life telling lies, the jury should conclude he was lying again now.

Murdoch's defense team had argued much of this case was circumstantial that

therefore there was at minimum reasonable doubt. Fox's Jonathan Hunt Murdoch

faces 30 years to life in prison. It's been one month now since the toxic

train to railman in East Palestine, Ohio and railroad officials got a year

full last night from residents worried about contamination in the air and the

water. Another town hall in that small, high,

town many residents are still furious. I'm begging you, I'm a great stop.

To date, nobody has died as a result of the derailment, but the concern among

residents as you just heard is their long term health concerns due to the

release of these toxic chemicals. Fox's Lucas Tomlinson, the EPA says it'll
