| 1:41.1 | Such as it can be very difficult, if not even impossible, to improve an anxious state |
| 1:48.6 | without first recognizing that there is such a state as anxiety and that you suffer |
| 1:55.2 | from this condition. |
| 1:57.6 | We can use increased self-knowledge, understanding of our mind-body complex and the related habits |
| 2:07.1 | and practices to do what, to minimize the intrusiveness of high anxiety states and |
| 2:16.1 | we can also cultivate pervasive inner peace that can help preserve our tranquility, even |
| 2:24.6 | in the face of great stress. |
| 2:27.5 | So I have to say this brings us what I would consider hope. |
