1:26.7	avoid. My father was a very conflict-averse guy and he gave us a silent treatment growing up,
1:33.0	so I didn't really have the tools available to me to handle conflict and it's something that I've
1:37.2	really struggled with in my adult life. So we're going to dig into how to handle yourself in conflict.

1:48.8	best. Let us not negotiate out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate. You made mention that
1:55.5	your father had been pretty conflicted for so you hadn't found your way through it and I know for
2:00.8	myself it was certainly something that I didn't want to have to deal with either. However, you did
2:05.4	say that being an adult, you're going to have to manage negotiation at certain times in your life.
