Hey, everybody, we're going to have a little fun today, and we're on a draft, one of our

signature moves at Scuffed. The players available in this draft will include everyone who was on a U.S. Men's National Team World Cup roster from 1994 to 2022. Obviously, no roster from 2018. And we are each picking 11 players based on their professional peak.

I think we might have some discussion about whether that's ambiguous or not.

And then we'll submit our rosters to the public for voting and we'll see who did the best.

The contestants today are Sanjay Sujantukumar, Adam Bells, Charlie Boehm, and Greg Velazquez.

And that is going to be the draft order.

The draft will snake.

So Greg gets the fourth pick and the fifth pick.

Sanjay gets the eighth pick and the ninth pick.

I watched the first episode of the documentary last night, the HBO one, Us Against the World.

It was great. It really inspired me to pick, you know, a lot of players that I'm familiar with.

A lot of people listening are probably wondering how, you know, someone who's 30 years old like myself is going to pick guys from the 90s.

The truth is that that wasn't initially the plan, but other people here today

decided to redraw the boundaries of the player pool.

It's been gerrymandered.

Exactly, exactly.

That's exactly what happened.

And we're seeing that backfire in the real world spectacularly these days.
