I don't know if you have this problem that I sometimes have of trying to figure out, because I get so much news on social media,

unfortunately, and now I have to do like a 10-step vetting process with every surprising headline I

see to make sure that it's true. So a couple days ago, there was a post going around from an account

called at Pop Drug. Sounds like a credible source to me so far.

All the news that's fit to print, they say.

It had a little siren emoji, and it said,

Katie Perry and Justin Trudeau are expecting their first child together.

Man, I saw the exact same tweet last night while we were out.

We were at the Maddie actually watching the the nDP leadership

debate and i saw that on my phone and i was like really and then i was like oh wait a minute i'm glad

you had the same reaction because i saw some people responding to it earnestly responding to it as

if it was actual news and i thought to myself wait is this news this could be amusing could be amusing. I hope this is true. It would be

fun if this was true. So of course, I do a Google news search and find no, no one is reporting

this. Nobody even more reputable than at Pop Drug is reporting this. So that's not true. But then

the next morning, I saw that ex-Prince Andrew was arrested, and I thought,

ha, fool me once. Fool me once. I'm not going to be fooled again. Well, it turns out that one

actually was true. Ex-Prince Andrew was arrested for some Jeffrey Epstein-related misconduct.

I know as our resident Anglophile, this is probably hitting you hard,
