Joining me now is Jack Easterby. Jack, you've done so much that I kind of, I actually want to let

you introduce yourself. I'd love to hear from, you know, in your words, how you describe me people

what you did and your past in the NFL. Well, thank you for having me on. I've been so blessed by

multiple different roles in an organization. I think we all, you know, if you play sports growing up,

you want to be a part of sports teams, you know. And so when I got done playing college sports,

I realized my talent wasn't going to take me anywhere to make some money doing it. And I needed to do

something, you know, vocationally with sports because I loved it so much. I grew up in Columbia,

South Carolina, and I was fortunate

to grow up in the shadow of the University of South Carolina where, quite frankly, during my

childhood, you know, the city of Columbia and athletics as a whole took a huge pivot when

South Carolina joined the SEC because we started seeing, you know, just unbelievably historic, you know, basketball, football, and other programs come to town.

And so it began to kind of put in me above to dream to work in athletics.

And so when I graduated from college, I went to Dave Odom, who was the basketball coach at the time.

And he kind of made a job for me

at the University of South Carolina helping his guys with study hall and also mentoring and then

running his camps in the summer. And so they called my first position learning specialist,

but it was just kind of make sure everybody showed up to class and help out.

And then I did that for, you know, seven, eight years. And then I was blessed by some relationships we had at South Carolina to get an

opportunity to go to Kansas City and help their team.

And there, Scott Piole was a great mentor and helper for a couple of years.

And then from there, went to New England and was really, really fortunate with Coach Belichick,

hiring me to be a part of his football operation, did a lot of different roles there.
