Hi everyone, I want to start this episode by giving a shout out to a man by the name of

saying, you know, I hope people find my podcast entertaining as well as helpful

because you know that's how I want to come across.

I know how painful it is to go through a

breakup and so I hope that they can get a chuckle out of it here and there as well to

I recently got divorced from my wife

after five years of marriage,

but together for eight years, she filed.

Not going to lie, it's been a tough first month

since the divorce, but two weeks ago I decided to go

no contact as you suggested because my ex and I were constantly arguing.

No contact is hard but it does get easier with each passing day. I really hope to make this
