it's the worry that they will not have enough time to devote to a garden.

It's a valid concern. And if that's you, you have a dream, but at the root, you're afraid of

failure. Not necessarily the garden's failure, but your failure. Maybe you have a history of

starting projects you can't seem to finish. Maybe in the

past your high energy levels have waned with time. You wonder if it's even worth the risk. But perhaps

you're not a first-time gardener. You can fill those fears too, especially if you have found

yourself overwhelmed in seasons past.

I know in some of my first seasons, I would look across my weed overgrown garden in mid-August

and wonder if I have enough energy to do it all again next season. Thankfully, I always do.

Or maybe you've enjoyed gardening so much that you're expanding this year,

and you experience some of those same fears as a first time gardener does. Will you have time for it all?

Today I'm going to talk to you about low maintenance crops, and I just want to welcome you to the

Beginners Garden podcast today. I try to offer

quick, easy to use, easy to implement tips for your garden, the tips that I wish that I had

been given when I first started out. And while I primarily want to offer tools and resources to

beginning gardeners, especially first time gardeners on this

podcast, I find that a lot of you guys have actually had a little bit of experience and maybe

even a lot of experience in your garden. And sometimes you just want to be reminded of what you
