and controls you and it won't let you think about anything else.

I ask some of the listeners of this podcast that very question what's the most

scared you've ever been in our private Facebook group?

Turns out being scared can show up in our lives in a lot of different ways.

And our guest today, Kira, has experienced that kind of gut-wrenching fear. She was on a downtown street alone. It was

dark because it was 3.30 a.m. She was walking to work and thought everything was okay, but she suddenly realized

she was not alone.

Real people in unreal situations.

There is a man standing in front of me in my bedroom.

My friend has been shot.

I'm in the literally inside the river and I'm inside my car.

He had told me multiple times that he's going to set his soap on fire.

If you say my name or try to look at me, I'm going to kill you.

And he was just sobbing. He said, mom, tell me you're going to be okay.

I jumped on the hood of the car and I held on.

And I looked into the garage and he was hanging from the rafters.

I had somebody standing on my neck.
