In this episode I'm talking to Craig Simmons.

Craig is the Ernest J King Distinguished Professor of Maritime History at the US Naval War College

and the Professor Emeritus at the US Naval Academy. Today what I thought would investigate

is the inter-war naval treaties which

aim to prevent conflict, but at the same time,

what they did was help shape the navies of the world in the

build-up to the Second World War. But just before we kick off it's a big thank
