Hello and welcome back to the podcast. I have been organizing a lot of things in my brain

recently and also thinking about the end of the year. It's so crazy to me that we are already

in September. I cannot believe it, but I'm also super excited because I love fall. I love winter

even more. And by winter, I mean California

winter, which is not real winter, but that's about all that I can handle. But I just love

cozy vibes, pumpkin spice, lattes that are healthy, all the fun stuff. Anywho, I was thinking

about the end of the year and I always like to think about the podcast

at this time, just keeping in mind where we are all at energetically and how full life gets

and how a lot of things tend to come up for us at the end of the year.

And like I've said before, when energy shifts throughout the year, usually the first part of the year is a lot of planting seeds and figuring things out and

things really ground in towards the second half of the year I have found. And also we're hitting

eclipse season right now, all that fun stuff. And so you see a lot of change in transformation.

And anyway, I have been wanting to do a series

where it's sort of like how I did this. I was on the plane a couple of weeks ago, and my guides

told me to just write down everything in my life that I felt like I had overcome or things I was proud of that I had done,

that I had figured out. And there was a good list. And I thought, wow, I would love to
