And Harv is going to talk about the choice that you and I have at any time when it comes to our perspective.

The way that we perceive our experiences in life, our circumstances, our conditions, all that stuff like it really comes down to a choice.

Yes, it's harder than it sounds.

Because sometimes we can just really be in the dumps and it can be hard to snap out of it.

However, we have to always keep in mind that this is a choice.

We can choose to see life through the lens of, as Harv says, awesomeness.

Or we can choose to see life through a lens of pessimism and life sucks and negativity.

But we always again have to know that it is really up to us.

It is our decision which lens we see our lives through.

You know, one of the things that I've been working with a lot, it's very, very valuable, I think, is that if you notice in one of the declarations, I think it was the fourth one down.

It's so far you've heard from just about everybody and you probably will on this stage and anybody really understands the whole, holistic element of life, is that your thought process is going to have a lot to do with your body.
