I mean, when I went through the list of attributes and discussed it with Rich Davini who is in X Navy CEO,

he's a success in many different areas of life and he wrote this book where the 25 attributes he's seen as key to success

and he includes the neuroscience and neurobiology behind all of this as well.

It was very fascinating to me.

A lot of these attributes I did not have and need to work on them.

And he also describes how to work on them to improve your attributes.

And what's the difference between attributes and skills and habits and so on and some of the experiences he's gone through, which led him to this.

So without further ado, here's the attributes by Rich Davini.

So it's a very good question to are out of the bat, right?

Typically, if you want to be formal about it, a former, so I spent 20 years just under 21 years and retired, right?

So when you retire from the military, you can kind of officially say that you're retired military officer or retired, Davini Seal.

If you don't spend 20 years and you get out, then maybe you're a former.

There are some people who would say once a seal always a seal, I tend not to say that.

And the reason is just it's my thought, my opinion, that I don't want to dishonor the guys who are in the fight right now.
