Hello, friends.

Welcome back to the podcast. I am going to do a little Q&A today. I haven't done one in

a while. So this will be a chill laid back just answering some of the questions that you guys sent in on

Instagram. So thank you for those. And I have a lot of updates. This is the first solo.

I'm recording in my new house, which I'm so excited about.

So it's been pretty busy recently with the move and just a lot of transition energy.

And I am really excited to be feeling settled.

I feel amazing here.

I'm so happy to be here. And I'm also going to be headed

back to Arizona for some of our in-person events coming up, which I'm super excited about. So if you

haven't already checked those out, or if you haven't signed up yet and it's calling to you,

then be sure to check out the two events I have coming up in Scottsdale. I'm so pumped. We will send out some my favorite

wrecks. If you haven't been to Scottsdale, it is so fun. It's such a vibe. I feel like it's like

California without the uppity energy, but there's such a food scene there, like so much healthy

food. I'll send over my favorite lymphatic drainage places. It's just a really good

health and wellness scene. And I just absolutely love it. So I'm super excited. And it will be a really

cool time to, or a cool way to close, really officially close out my time in Scottsdale,

although I'll be going back a good amount because I love it there. So we have two events coming up the 16th through the 18th of August.
