I did a little bit of self-care.

Just, I did some kettle bells and sauna.

And I, you know, I washed my hair and conditioned it but otherwise not a ton what did you do I

Well of course I went to the gym I got my blood taken for my doctor to look at my panels.

I went, I got a haircut, I got a pedicure, I had a coffee with Sam Jane who was in town,

and then I also hit the sauna.

All of this before now, you know,

I've really got it in today and I had a couple calls.

You go through all of this before I even wake up, don't you?

Well, I was in the gym pretty early today but mercifully the
