Summary
How does judgement affect us?
Whether you are judging or being judged, JUDGEMENT is a deeply ingrained part of our lives. At every level. We are judged by others from a very young age. We are taught to judge. It is generational and so we barely even notice we are doing it. Judgement is destructive and it keeps us small and stops us from being our true selves.
