Preach Boys podcast. A 68-page report was released this week, exposing abuse at the International

House of Prayer in Kansas City. The report covered sexual abuse, including grooming up

minors and rape, as well as other abuse, spiritual manipulation, et cetera,

both by staff connected to the International House of Prayer and by the founder, Mike Bickle.

And on today's episode, I'm going to be talking a little bit about who Mike Bickle is,

what the International House of Prayer in Kansas City is.

I'll kind of give you a brief introduction so you kind of know who's involved here. I'm going to talk about what prompted

the investigation, how it was carried out. The takeaways from the investigation and my personal

thoughts on the matter as someone who covers stories of sexual abuse by clergy and other abuses

within religious contexts. I've got about

22 pages of notes. I've got a lot of feelings about this particular story, and I'm just going to

kind of, you know, shoot straight with what I think about it, but also try to give you as many

facts as possible. But don't allow this video to be a replacement for seeking out the 68 page report on your own.

It is publicly available. It's something you can check out and you can read in greater

detail. And frankly, I think that the stories of these victims deserve to be read.
