of course we all knew that this was going to happen is that we're not going to get the Christmas that we were promised.

We can't we can't have that after this year where we've had so much taken away from us.

We had this five days where we would be able to sort of see our families, but even that could be too much.

And well, the government of stress that we all need to exercise personal responsibility.

And the reaction to that idea was astonishing.

It was like, I mean, it's been a rough year generally for personal responsibility, isn't it?

Sort of what was once a mainstay of all, the bedrock of political thought was that citizens should broadly just not act like fucking idiots. But now it gets
