Hello, everyone. This is David Sparks. I am joined by your friend and mine, Mr. Steven Hackett. How you doing, Steven?

I'm good, David. How are you?

Oh, man, I am looking forward to this show. We got a really cool thing going on here. We're going to be talking about menu bar apps.

Startup apps, docs apps, and this is something that we do every two or three years on the show, and it's remarkable how it changes over time.

I was really surprised, so I went back and looked at our old document because we keep everything.

It's like, I really thought going into this, man, my stuff hasn't changed. A lot has changed, and so that's been fun to go through this list.

But before we get too far, we got some housekeeping stuff. The most important thing is, happy birthday.

Oh, thank you, man.

Yeah. Yeah. So another year around the sun, as they say.

Yeah. I was listening to a friend talk about birthdays and getting older, and he was talking about how, man, I just don't have the energy I used to have to.

I don't have that experience. I just feel like a young man still. I don't know.

I have a lot going on. I'm super happy and super busy. It's all good. But yeah, it is a birthday. That's cool.

That's awesome. A couple of other things we just wanted to touch on here at the top of the show.

The show is now on Macedon. So if you've been following along lots of drama Twitter, we're not going to go into all of that.

Macedon has been around for several years, but has really kind of taken off, especially in the Apple community.

There've been communities on Macedon for years, and the Apple community has kind of moved over there, at least in some part.

And so we've, we set an account up for the show. It's on Macedon.social, and the handle is just MPU. There's a link in the show notes.

And we're going to treat it the way we do the Twitter account where we publish there if there's anything special going on live show or merch or whatever.

And then on Sundays, when a show comes out, that account will post, you know, the show title and the link and all that good stuff.

So we had a couple of people asked for that. And it was, I think it's a good idea. I think lots of people are over there. It's kind of gaining momentum in our, in our sort of corner of the internet.
