Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 672. And in today's episode, we are talking

about some mind hacks of how to let go of or reduce anxiety. You see, anxiety is one of those

things which can really have a huge effect on our neurology, in other words, our biology stressing the system,

and also how you show up in your day to day.

I mean, let alone waking up in the middle of the night,

thinking, oh my goodness, what if this happens, what if that happens,

we're going to get anxious.

So, before we get into the how can I reduce my

anxiety I want us to get into kind of what it is because you need to know the

conscious level of awareness to be able to then get your unconscious mind to let it

go right so anxiety if we break things down simplistically,

is all about your mind and body,

which I would say your unconscious mind,

is more about your thoughts and ideas,

focusing on everything you do not want to happen, right?

That's what it is.

Anxiety is focusing on all the things you don't want to happen in your life.

If you keep on focusing on the negative consequence, it would scare me.

And we could wire this back all the way throughout history where we had to have that anxiety
