And today, as you know from the title, we're talking about Barry when I first approached Jason and said,

hey, the mothership hasn't done an episode about Barry, should we? Jason's response was,

it's a little off format, a little off format, but I'd allow it. So with that blessing,

here we are. I'm joined by not one, but two Bryans. First, you just heard them laugh.

Hey, everybody. I kind of wonder if I'm, I want to be no Hank, but I'm afraid I'm the

Cousineau of this operation. Oh, man. That's tough. I don't know who's who. But so I will say,

if you have a streaming series and you were previously a star in SNL, I'm going to give it a shot.

That's, that's basically how it goes with me.

It's why I knew that I was going to try out Ted Lassau, and that worked out well. And it's why I

knew I was going to try out Barry, because I was intrigued by Bill Hater, who I think is really

talented, even before I ever saw Barry. But let's start at the beginning. What motivated you both to decide to give Barry a shot in the first place?

I got to say, I had a little bit of a crush on Bill Hater from the beginning just because I think this person is freaking funny.
