They didn't want it bad enough. It wasn't that important to them. Otherwise, by definition, they would have made it happen.

I was never much into vision boards or affirmations or anything like that, but a couple

people challenged me in 2018 to actually sit down and write out a three to five year vision

I call it, of where you're going? Now, I sat down on a dock, my parents' summer cottage when I was

at a million in revenue and I wrote down on paper, one page double-sided, our painted picture,

which said we'd be in the top 30 metros in North America,

we'd be the FedEx at junk removal, we'd be on the Oprah Winfrey show. All these things that

more happened because we had a destination, a clear vision of what that future would look like.
