I'm really excited to talk about our animal this week,

but first let's talk a little bit about you. So tell us and our new friends a little bit about

who you are and how you got to where you are. So I grew up kind of all over the place from a military

family. And so I moved around a lot, but the one consistent thing in my life was

going to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where my dad's family is from, and fishing. So everywhere that

we lived, my dad loves fishing. So no matter where we lived, we always found a fishing spot. So that was a constant.

I was moving all over the United States, but my dad always found a place to go fishing.

So I spent a lot of time with him fishing and spending a lot of time on the water and things like that,

and I really just fell in love with it.

So I was like, well, I don't know anything about anything because I was a kid, but I like the ocean.

And so then later I grew up and I figured out, oh, there are people that study things in the ocean for a career. And I was like, whoa,
