How long does it take you to get over jet lag on a trip like that?

Well, you know, thanks first and foremost. Thanks for having me on. You know, I've been a long time

listener so I'm excited to do this. But, well, my, the way I schedule is never, it's never easy coming back and forth from the state so I I got in from

Australia we got in we got out early after missing the Saturday cut got home

Sunday and I mean I'm back out, I'm leaving again Sunday, so to South Africa.

So it takes typically, if I try to do it like right, like it probably takes one to two days, but this week I've just given up hope.

I mean you come from where I was in Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, and then I'm here and then I'm going to Africa and India.

So I mean, this week's just kind of a wash week for me.

I'm going to bed at like six o'clock.

My girlfriend's loving it.
