I'm Kate Kennedy, your host.

I usually introduce myself by kind of walking through my various career ventures, which

you know, probably seem disjointed to many of you and at times myself as well.

But for today, I will introduce myself as a person instead of not my career, because

I don't know why I always do that.

I think I feel the need for you to feel like I have some credibility or reason to be here.

But the reality is, I'm just a person who likes to analyze things and likes to talk and

loves pop culture and has since from a very young age.

I'm from Virginia.

I went to Virginia Tech.

I am a cap adult if anybody was in a sorority.

I was born in San Diego, California in La Jolla.

I after college moved from Virginia to New York and to San Francisco in Chicago.

I stayed in Chicago after being like, oh my god, this has a lot of what New York has,

but it's considerably cheaper and midwestern people are pretty nice.

Problem was, didn't live here in the winter.

Only lived here in the summer.

I first went to Chicago.

I so misread the situation, otherwise that there was a blizzard.

I told my then boyfriend now husband Greg I was going to come over.

He said, ha ha, yeah, I thought he meant like, oh, great.
