Because I think that many people, the reason they're afraid of Aquinas' five ways is they're more confusing.

There's more explanation that's needed and that's because he's relying on Aristotelian metaphysics and terminology.

And so because of that, many of us, myself included, turn to simpler, I don't mean unsophisticated, but simpler arguments for the Existence of God,

from terrific, Protestant personalities such as philosopher William Lankray or Alvin Plantingger.

The whole point of this book is to finally equip you so you will feel comfortable to know what Aquinas is talking about in the Five Ways
