Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about living a more joyful life. That's the goal. That's the idea. But it's in the face of really what is the opposite of that, which is worrying. I don't know about you, but I was like thinking the other day,

if I were to take a look back last week at the 24 hours of each day that I had for a week,

what was my most present emotion over that time? Was it happiness? Was it excitement? Was it boredom? Was it curiosity? What was it? I think if I'm honest with myself,

it's probably worrying, worrying. And it's an odd thing for me to say because I wouldn't consider

myself like an anxious person. I wouldn't even say like I'm a worrier. I'm generally a,

it's all good, we'll figure it out kind of person. I'm quite optimistic. I'm delusional

optimistic a lot of the time. And I think that comes from me being very type A and hopeful,

you know, to the extent that I'm usually like, hey, I got this. It doesn't matter what

happens, but I got this. But despite this, maybe like you, there's this weird balance

in my life where I find that I still, despite that, spend a lot of time worrying. Like, it's not who I

am, but it's something I do a lot of. Like worrying about something that I hope will happen, or worrying

about something that I hope won't happen, or looking back and worrying that something will happen again that I don't want to happen.

There's like so much that I can worry about.
