now I'm anxious that I'm not going to be able to fall asleep and I've never had I've had

guests on before when they talked about anxiety and they say they it's a feeling like someone's

sitting out of your chest or you can't take a deep breath and I've begun experiencing that and it's

it's so weird because it feels like you have a bruise in your in your chest. Not fun. And speaking
