So this past weekend, Llewell and I were in Chicago, actually Wheaton, and it was a wonderful few days there.

Our main reason for going there was to spend time, our team,

Paltrop Ministry, spending time with the leadership of Crossway. And I came home feeling incredibly

blessed. I take very seriously God's call for me to be a good steward of the gifts that God

has given me. And I'm so incredibly blessed to have a team of smart people around me. I always say that

I'm the people that work with me are smarter than I am.

I think if you're a leader and you're the smartest one in the room, you may not be the

smartest one in the room.

And then our partnership with Crossway has been wonderful and to see these guys take so seriously

their part in stewarding the gifts that God has given me
