Yo today's QOD is if you're not failing you're really not showing up

Welcome back to the quarter of the day show I'm your host Sean Crox and the

Sean Crox and calm we've got Brane Brown back on the show today this past weekend

after about a million people recommended it to me I went on to Netflix and I

checked out Brane special called the call to courage and it was amazing and I

highly recommend it to you and I thought to myself it is time to have Brane Brown

back on the show and today she talks about the reasons why we stop ourselves

from doing the things that we really want to do I've heard them so many times

from the people I do consulting with I've done it myself as well I still think

these thoughts sometimes and you know they're the fear of being seen it's what

are people gonna say how are they gonna criticize me what are they going to

think is there really room for somebody else to do what I want to do because

there's so many other people who are doing it and what Brane is gonna do today

is help us to put those ideas into perspective so we can move forward with our

lives and be ourselves here's Brane and so what I want to do today is I want to

talk very specifically about the arena this is where this is where we

sweat how many of you know this feeling by just looking at the picture yes show

of hands how many of you know this feeling so this is what we do down here like

I don't know what you do down here but what I I set up camp down here I like

string at twinkle lights I order take out food I live down here sometimes just

dreamy about the day that I come up and how awesome it's gonna be like but I
