What is going on everybody? Yankees win two out of three. They win a record episode. Home or drafts are fun. We've been waiting for a lot of this kind of Yankee baseball all year. We're getting a good brand. It also does tie into again when I met Ernie Williams.

People forget that part of it. Never mind. Bronxy. It's really exciting. You know Jim, I was saying it a lot today. Today's game was huge for the emotions of this weekend. Yankees magic number to make the playoffs is two.

So you know win one and all the other teams lose one win two your home. There's a good chance they are hosting the wildcard game and you know we don't need to give the whole garic whole speech and why he's on this team and I think what we will talk about some of the depth of this bullpen and what what that has done to this Yankees team.

But yeah, man, it's a it's very exciting, but it's also I think a lot of the logical fans like ourselves and everyone that listens to this are saying, you know.

It's still going to build up for one game. Yeah, as soon as you get over the one hump of like exciting that they're sitting they have good position right now.

Then the gut dropping wildcard thoughts start coming like it's and and I will say this is it's not locked up and they have call ready to go in game 162 if they need him on three days rest.

They lose the first two and the other teams win it would be all tied up going into Sunday and cold is ready to pitch on short rest. Otherwise he's going on wildcard and long rest, but that's the plan it's nester than Monti and then you hope not call.

Yeah, and you know the Yankees are two games up so they got a win to against Tampa. Their games mean nothing to them in theory Tampa has clinched the one seed if you if you don't know that.

So I mean, they're still going to be tuning up their pitchers and play matchups their Tampa. I mean, and John Sterling said it best. I mean, you know, it's a non-contact sport like the picture will always try to get the hitter out.

So you know, we're not home yet, but with today's win we get to breathe a lot easier and do a lot less math.

So yeah, it's a it's just tough because like the the pinnacle of your excitement can only go so far because there's going to be one game playoff. But man, I'll tell you what, if they get me past that one game, I'm going to be feeling more excited than I probably thought I could for the past five months or so.
