Jason Lingren is with me and Derek Condit returns.

Right off the cuff, we're going to talk about remote viewing, but I'm going to let Jason flesh that out a little bit.

Can you lay down the pre-info you've got there?

Derek first encountered the terminology through Robert Monroe's book, Journeys Out of the Body in 1984.

By that time, he was already experiencing spontaneous episodes of what he would later

describe as remote perception. He simply didn't have the language to describe it yet. While serving

in the U.S. Army, these experiences continued informally and without structured training. They weren't

something he was trying to develop.

They were already occurring naturally.

Later in life, after countless firsthand experiences,

Derek intentionally expanded his tool set by becoming a certified hypnotherapist.

That training provided him with another way to explore and better understand these enhanced senses.

Senses he believes all people possess rather than abilities that are learned or acquired.

For the past eight years, Derek has worked professionally as a psychic and medium.

He refers to his work not as remote viewing, but as remote perception, a heightened,

lifelong sensory awareness that allows information to be perceived beyond normal limits,

and one that has continued to sharpen over time.
