has reported that the deal is believed to be in the neighborhood

of $900 million.

There's a lot of details are very scarce right now, but it does sound as if Mary Lemieux

will continue on, at least as a minority owner to have some continuity there.

It appears right now that the major management and coaching staff, there's not going to be any

shakeups.

So there's going to be some continuity.
