0:59.5	tries to keep my body in shape I used to work at a gym so do you work out it's just a matter yeah I do a lot of yoga which is you know kind
1:08.9	of cliche for recovery and whatnot but I do. Listen, I've known a lot of people in recovery.

1:16.0	So, yeah, I know a lot about it.
1:19.0	It's not cliche, it's fine.

1:21.0	So I do yoga and then there's a park near my house that I run the trails on.
1:27.0	So yeah, I mean I try to stay fit keeps me from you know getting bored and having downtime,
