Summary

Please take time this day (12-21-25) to acknowledge the low point of the sun in its endless cycles that are about to usher in a new era based on “Service to Others” – in my view. This one-hour episode covers the ongoing battle of a woman who stood up for the rights of us all when politicians tried to illegally close a public beach during Covidius Minimus. They have no authority to do so – or deny our rights to the water-front.
Suffice it to say she is winning, and it is almost unbelievable how many power-drunk public servants she has humbled. It is also astonishing how many “public servants” ignore the law during legal proceedings. Maybe they will be more careful trying to issue illegal “dictates” in the future, if they still have a job to report to – serving the people.
I would like to wish you all a happy, healthy and higher-minded new era.

To refresh your memories, Teresa stood up for all of us when they illegally closed a beach in

0:23.2

California during COVIDius minimus. You can reference the time she's been on by going to

0:29.7

episode 610, episode 479, episode 522.5, that's a one hour, and episode 580.5, that is also a one hour.

She's been at it ever since. What's it been? Something like five years, I guess.

0:46.9

And you can kind of see what it takes to stand up against a system that's been rigged against you.

0:53.4

What I noticed about the people who stood up

0:55.6

for themselves after being maltreated, I guess that's a good enough word, during COVID, like losing

1:01.8

your job or other things, is that every single person that stood up and used the system that I have

1:07.8

seen has succeeded at some level. But the point is the amount of effort

1:12.6

many of them had to put in, which this is a good example, it's ridiculous that a human being

1:19.2

has to put this kind of effort forward to get the legal system to do what it's supposed to do

1:24.7

in the first place. Anyhow, welcome, Jason. And a way too cold

1:29.2

good morning. So anything you want to say about this before we bring Teresa in? Well, I'm glad to see

1:34.7

that things are finally moving in a positive direction for her because it's just been such an uphill

1:39.4

battle going against the system. It's always a pain. I mean, comedy of errors, and it's actually not a

1:46.4

comedy, comes to my mind. And the thing that gets me is when I see so many rules broken or ignored,

1:53.5

it appears from an outsider like me looking in, as if this is the way it operates and nobody is

2:00.3

really fixing it. And when someone like

2:02.8

Teresa comes along to get it fixed, well, we're going to cover what it takes to get it fixed.
