0:20.0	did run for a vice president this year, 2020, on the Libertarian party.
0:24.7	He and his running mate, Joe Jorgensen, who's also been on this podcast.
0:28.2	They got a million and a half votes or so.
0:31.2	And Spike, once again, comes on the podcast to explain what a Libertarian is and what would
0:37.7	he have done if he got into office and what's going on on the planet right now.

0:47.2	The last time Spike came on, I had my kids listen to the podcast.

0:58.2	Spike, last time you were on, you were a little known vice presidential nominee for the Libertarian

1:13.2	You got an all 50 ballots.
1:14.7	How many votes did you get in the election?
1:17.1	We got one point actually just over 1.7 million votes, which translated to 1.2% of the vote,
1:24.6	which I'm told is the second best showing we've ever had.
1:27.2	I'm also told that this was our first run and that Gary Johnson's first run was also
1:33.9	during a year where an incumbent was running for re-election and there was a record vote
1:40.2	high at that time.
1:42.2	And that he only got 1%.
