great brand new book How to Decide and she gives simple tools for making better choices.

She's been on the podcast before about two years ago where we talked about her other book thinking and probabilities.

But this book How to Decide, it's so good.

Like let's say you're trying to decide between five different businesses you want to start or

five different jobs you want to take or five different colleges you want to go to or

things you want to study, people you want to date.

This is such a great book for figuring out how to reduce the risk in decision making,

how to overcome the possible cognitive biases.

It's basically the meta skill of how to decide in any domain you want to get better at.

What I loved about this podcast was we started talking this conversation and then Jay hit the record button

and we're just talking all over the place about a billion different things all valuable,

all things that I learned from so many interesting stories and a lot of knowledge learned

plus some really concrete tools for making decisions.
