1:08.9	I'm happy to say that she's a friend of the show now. She's
1:11.9	more than welcome to come back on whenever she has something that she's worked on because the work
1:15.9	she does is so good. And it introduces us and our listeners to something that we know has
1:21.3	happened, but we don't understand the significance or really the details of what it's like to
1:26.2	have survival be criminalized. And these
1:28.8	women that she talks about in the book, three of them that she covers, Tanisha, Gemma, and T.C.
1:34.5	They've killed in order to survive. And it's not considered self-defense. So they then are
1:39.4	incarcerated. And it's a difficult problem, a difficult topic to address. And I really don't know if there was anyone better than Justine to put pen to paper for this one.
1:48.2	Yeah, she did an incredible amount of work on this and got really deep into all these stories.
1:53.8	And it is a wild book.
1:56.2	And we definitely highly recommend it.
