in the morning, I always seem to have the butterflies as the day goes they

seem to go away yay this seems to go like clockwork, and I seem to not be worried about anything.

How do I make them go away?

Now, that's a nice short email, but let me tell you how many times I get that very same thing from different people.

It's very common, especially in the morning.

Now, I wrote back to him of course because he was a client and he was asking for some

extra help in between our sessions and so I wrote back and said and said well D first

and foremost you don't make them go away and then in parentheses I said you knew

I continued saying, this is a wonderful place to actually settle in

with the discomfort of an unwanted sensation because you already know it is not harmful and that it will

go away as the day wears on. Let it be there. This is a place to say, what if this were as good as it gets?
