It's not always recognized for what it is and I think the most insidious part is it's often written off as

tell us why we're struggling oh you just need to get a planner oh you just need to use a

calendar oh you just that just you just it's just this right it's just really easy to write it off as something

either not that big a deal or it's a moral defect in some way and so a lot of

condition really well. We know why these struggles are popping up. We understand
