Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to talk about how to be genuinely happy in life. I want to talk about that idea through the lens of being present in your life. And I know on the surface the topic of how to be present, it's not the most most sexy of topic but i think we have the ability to be more present in our lives today to actually enjoy what we have today and

who we are today and to find power and genuine joy in that such that we don't look back and realize
