come from us figuring out things that we do not have the capacity to figure out.

Because we're entering the halls of God's secret will.

And it's really important to realize that God's secret will is called a secret

because it's secret.

Yeah.

And so rest is really found in trusting the one that understands it all.

I've talked about this before, but I can remember conversations I've had with our children

when I would have to say no to them, but they were too young to understand.

And I would kneel down in front of them, so we were face to face and say,

is your daddy a bad daddy?

No, you're not a bad daddy.

Do I like to make you sad? No, you don't like to make me sad.

I say when you think of your dad, you just think of a monster, no.

Well, your daddy is not able to understand, to help you to understand why you said no.

But I said that because I love you.
