One of the very common questions that I get,

whether it's email question or from a client,

we've even talked about it in the group,

is what's up with the lump in my throat.

This can be so frightening if you are not familiar with the fact that it can be from your anxiety.

The Globus throat sensation is definitely one of anxiety's symptoms.

And we find that many times this is not even mentioned

when we're reading about anxiety and seeing lists of symptoms and sensations

that's often left out and I think that's probably why I get so many questions about it.

I know I've talked about it here in the past but I

thought it would be important to bring it up again because it is something that can

happen from anxiety and that same kind of sensation can also come from other things

and that's where it can get confusing.
