Well, greetings, everybody. Welcome back to the show. Thank you so much for tuning in.

Before we get into today's play from the strange Dr. Weird, I want to announce

that I'm trying something a little bit new here. At the end of some of these podcast episodes

after the main feature play, I'm going to air a short five-minute mystery from a program titled,

you guessed it, five-minute mysteries.

Five-minute mysteries was an audience participation radio series program that ran on the

mutual broadcasting system from August 10th of

1947 all the way until March 27th of 1950.

It originally aired on Sundays at 2 p.m.

Listeners were given a short mystery to solve on their own.

They were then given time to come to their own conclusions, and then the truth was revealed

at the end.

I think these are fun little programs, and it's something that I want to definitely start incorporating into the podcast

and because they're only five minutes long I just figured that I would sort of tag them on

at the end of some of these podcast episodes after the main play if that's okay with you guys

at any rate give it a shot.
