I know we have questions but I have a question that I keep thinking about is that

0:10.8

Nick you always relate to schedule and I want to believe you on this where we can do this job without having a hard schedule

0:19.0

like you always relate to how commercial is all driven by schedule yeah

0:24.3

i just and you say it like it's i want it to be less of that how do we like

0:28.6

when you say that where does that come from like what do you

0:32.3

because how does it work without a schedule I don't think it's

0:35.2

without a schedule what I mean I think that schedule becomes so like number one right and

0:41.6

I get over quality yeah that that's where my head is I get it like a lot of our clients or clients in general they move out or they're they're in temporary living or they're closing on a house that they're about to sell.

0:54.4

They don't always have the luxury of, you know, being able to stay wherever they want or in a second home

0:59.1

until the home that you're building is done.

1:01.9

But what I hate, and I always remind you know

1:05.8

everyone that's kind of involved with this is that at the end of the day they're

1:10.3

going to remember like they're going to live in a home and they're going to live in this home and they're going to see the quality that you put into it.

1:19.0

And if you put your best quality, they're going to talk about that.

1:22.0

But as a professional, shouldn't we have a better grasp on how long things take?

1:27.0

Yeah, but let me just, let me finish that point.

1:30.0

So where oftentimes it's, you know what, just get it done because I need to move in and what happens is you know stuff gets rushed or it gets skipped or gets

1:39.4

But you're skipping to the point where they've just conceded that they want to get in.

1:45.6

There's that gray area right before that happens where you just can't keep pushing it.

1:52.4

Like I feel like I mean for years I was able to hit dates and it wasn't a dynamic like it is now where I had to find different subs and I just I've been thinking about a lot lot you've said it over yeah maybe two or three podcasts and we kind of just breeze by it

2:06.8

And I just I mean Tyler how do you see this working where a schedule isn't

2:15.0

Isn't as high as it as high as it does right now for most people.
