Welcome to another episode of The Restless Politics Question Time with me, Alistair Campbell

and me Rory Stewart.

And this is all a bit muddled listeners, because we decided last week that the best time

for Rory and I get together was Monday morning in different continents as ever, but Monday

morning has thrown up something of an unexpected development, which is Jeremy Hunt's going

to make a statement later in the day.

So what we're going to do is we're recording question time now, and we're going to steer

well clear of trussonomics and conservative mismanagement.

We're going to Q&A on lots of other issues.

And then at the end of today, we will record the Bade podcast, which will be out before

this one.

That all makes absolute sense.

What we're doing?

I'm absolutely clear.

We're not going to talk too much about trussonomics.

We're going to focus on these other questions coming in on other issues of which there have

been well over a thousand questions coming in in about 24 hours.

So and you, of course, Alistair being the hardworking one of this pair.

The wise out of the more common wise have been through all those thousand questions,
